Claude Code lead Boris Cherny says Projects have changed not only how he interacts with Claude but how he codes: he stopped managing sessions, just sends thoughts as they come, Claude splits them into threads, and the project remembers how he works. Cat Wu notes that Claude coordinates all sessions so she can operate at a higher abstraction level, fire off batches of tasks and move on, receiving aggregated status updates with long-lived evolving memory. Thariq explains Projects brings the architecture of Claude Tag to Claude Code: one agent per project manages memory and spins off subagents, and it can be proactive or run on a schedule. Official rollout details confirm existing Pro and Max projects keep working and will be upgraded; threads run in the cloud even when offline, with local support coming soon.

Box CEO Aaron Levie states that agents already make up the majority of inference and will quickly trend toward nearly all of it over the next year or two. The vast majority of tokens used in the world will be agents executing unbelievable amounts of tasks in the background 24/7: reading all code changes to secure software, processing all data inside workflows, handling a significant majority of research for recruiting and customer prospecting, reviewing every event stream and log from every system, executing personal-life tasks, and hundreds of other use cases. The rate of new agents coming online is not slowing; just in the past week he introduced multiple completely new workflows that would not have been possible even a month ago.

Google Labs announced the new CC, an AI agent built for families to spend less time on logistics and more time together. Features include adding up to 5 members, a shared "Your Day Ahead" brief email, autosync of schedules and to-dos with shared Google Calendar and Tasks, coordination in Google Chat to offload tasks such as weekly meal plans or school supply lists, delegated paperwork under direction, and memory that distinguishes family-wide details from individual ones. Available via waitlist or upgrade for existing CC (US only, 18+). Google VP Josh Woodward highlighted how much his own family loves it.

FPV Ventures partner Nikunj Kothari shared his first experiment built with Claude in the loop: nosugarforkids.com. It catalogs only healthy snacks for kids, offers chat recommendations for school, lunches and snack boxes, and maintains a tier list based on nutrients and actual healthfulness. A Claude agent wakes daily to check for new catalog additions, prune dead products, find content ideas, check DataForSEO and Google Search Console, write and edit pieces, keep quality high, and now reach out for backlinks. With zero backlinks and no social presence the site has grown organically to ~6k impressions and 60 clicks per day. A full MCP and WebMCP are also available.

Vercel CEO Guillermo Rauch notes it is likely more software will be produced next year than in all of computing history. It took Vercel 10 years to reach 1 billion deployments, then another 1.4 billion in the last 10 months alone. Much of this will be tiny personal or disposable software (HTML+JS artifacts, reports, pricing calculators, slide decks) all the way to sophisticated apps, agents and platforms. They have reduced time to deploy, upload, assign a domain and globally propagate an artifact to 1 second while keeping global CDN, Firewall, immutable deployments, observability and rollbacks. For agents shipping hotfixes fast, vercel --turbo --prod now uses the fastest available build machine. He also quipped "Vercel is the Vercel for Java".

Y Combinator President & CEO Garry Tan highlighted that Memorable found a way to optimize memory with embeddings instead of more tokens, calling it a powerful new approach. He also cautioned "be careful what you wish for" as the reason we need alignment to humankind versus any other goal, and noted that the future is already here—we just have to choose it and spread it faster.
