Jake Stauch, co-founder and CEO of Serval, is building the platform that brings coding agents to IT teams so they can automate work across HR, finance, legal and the rest of the enterprise. Serval’s bet is that code is the right way to express automation and that AI coding agents finally make that accessible to non-engineers.

The company set out from day one to become the largest enterprise software company and displace ServiceNow rather than starting down-market or as a thin layer.
